He perfected his craft by making fifteen architecture documentaries which he sold to TV in India and to the educational market in US. Seven were selected, and three received awards in international film festivals.
LUTYENS’ DELHI (1999), (30 minutes), won the Prix Archives ethniques at the UNESCO Film Festival on art and education in Paris, France.
MANDU (1996), (31 minutes), won a certificate of Honorary Mention at the Columbus Film Festival, Ohio in USA and the Prix Information Architecturale at the UNESCO Film Fest on art & education in Paris, France.
He has also made films for exhibitions in India (National gallery of Modern Art, New Delhi) and in France (Centre Pompidou & Institut français de l’architecture, Paris) and has given conferences in universities, architectural schools and cultural centers.
He has served as a Jury member for feature films in Belgium, France and Morocco as well as for student films in Canada.
He studied acting (international atelier) & film making in Paris (Sorbonne) and in New York (NYU).
He is based in Delhi and Paris.
